Tom Blower
My goal is to help people help themselves, and others, change in service of our society and planet. I’ve worked in people development for over 25 years, experiencing, nurturing, facilitating and designing interventions to nourish growth, learning and change. I’ve worked with people in rainforests of Borneo, the deserts of the Arabian Peninsula, the African bush, and many urban jungles such as New York, Hong Kong, Chennai, Milan and London. In all cases I have always aimed to:
- Create insight….and foster professional doubt
- Offer inspiration…to allow others to shine
- Provide a magical experience…but recognise that even magicians go to school
